The Median Selling Price started increasing in 2012.

Property Sales - has been increasing since 2009.

Average days on Market (how long it takes to sell a house.

The trend started to increase in 2012.

Months of Inventory (how many properties a buyer has to choose from).

Months of Inventory as declined since 2009. There is currently 7 months of inventory when the peak was 19 in 2008.

Towns surrounding Westport that we track include Easton, Fairfield, Norwalk, Redding, Ridgefield, Weston and Wilton.

Median Selling Price - The median selling price has been flat on average since 2009. There was a significant uptick in Dec 2012.

Properties Sold has been flat since 2009 after declining 2004 to 2009. There was an increase in 2012.

Average Days on Market - has been declining since 2010.

Months of Inventory - has been declining since 2008. This is good for sellers and bad for buyers.
