Westport Median Selling Price
The Median Selling Price trend has been increasing
since 2010. As of May, 2013 $1,306,000 is almost the
same as 2007 peak.

Westport Property Sales – started increasing in 2010
and continued through 2013. Sales of 170 in 2013 is approaching
peak in 2005.  

 Average days on Market – The trend for how long it takes
To sell a house started improving in 2013.


Months of Inventory – has been declining since 2009. The 6
Months of inventory May, 2013 is almost back to normal.


Towns surrounding Westport include (Easton, Fairfield,
Norwalk, Redding, Ridgefield, Weston and Wilton)

Median Selling Price – The median selling price has not
improved in these towns on average.  

 Properties Sold has been increasing since 2009.


Average Days on Market – had been increasing since 2008
but, showed an improvement in 2013.


Months of Inventory – has been declining since 2009.
This is good for sellers and bad for buyers.
