Westport

Westport Median Selling Price
The Median Selling Price has been increasing
since 2009. September has not been a great month
since median selling  price in September has been
flat since 2009.

Westport Property Sales has been increasing
since 2009.

Average days on Market – The trend for how long
it takes to sell a house was improving 2009 to 2012 but
increased in 2013.

Months of Inventory –The trend has been improving  
since 2009. In 2013 there was 7 months of inventory
which is close to pre 2008 norm of 5-6.

Towns surrounding Westport include (Easton, Fairfield,
Norwalk, Redding, Ridgefield, Weston and Wilton)

Median Selling PriceThe median selling price
started to improve in 2013. .

Properties Sold has been increasing since 2009.

Average Days on Market – was improving 2009 to 2012
but it took longer to sell a house in 2013.

Months of Inventory – has been declining since 2009.
In September, 2013 there was 9 months of inventory,
close to pre 2008 norm of 4-6.
