Westport Median Selling Price
The Median Selling Price trend had been increasing from 2010 to 2013. But, has been
Declining since 2013. 



Westport Property Sales The trend had been Increasing 2009 to 2013 but 2014
Reversed this trend as number of sales was less in 2014 and 2015. 




Average days on Market – The trend for how long it takes longer to sell a house
Had been declining since 2012 but 2015 was slight increase since 2014. 



Months of Inventory –The trend had been for less inventory available for sale
2008 to 2013 but since 2013 there have been more properties available for sale.


 Towns surrounding Westport include (Easton, Fairfield, Norwalk, Redding, Ridgefield,
Weston and Wilton)

Median Selling Price – The median selling price trend has been flat since 2009.

 


Properties Sold The trend has been increasing since 2009


  
Average Days on Market – The trend of how long it takes to see a house has
been declining since 2011.  

 


Months of Inventory – trend had been declining 2009 to 2013 but 2014 reversed
this trend as there are more properties available for sale.
