had been increasing since 2011. But, 2014
The median selling price for the month of October has been increasing since 2012.
Westport Property Sales – The
number of properties sold had been Increasing
since 2009 but 2014
was less than 2013.
Average days on Market – The trend
shows that it took
less time to sell a property
2010 to 2013 but
2014 reversed this trend as it took longer to sell a property in 2014
than 2013.
Months of Inventory –The trend has
been for less inventory available for sale since 2012 with 2014 about the same as 2013.
Towns surrounding Westport include (Easton, Fairfield, Norwalk, Redding,
Ridgefield,
Weston and Wilton)
Median Selling Price – The median
selling price trend has been increasing since 2012.
Properties Sold The
trend had been increasing since
2009. However, there was a
decrease in 2014.
Average Days on Market – It has taken less time to sell a property 2010 to 2013 with 2014 about
the same as 2013.
Months of Inventory – trend has
been decreased inventory available for sale since 2011.
