Westport Property Sales – The number of Properties sold has been decreasing
Since 2013. For 2015, normal annual increase through July then decline starting in
August.
Average days on Market – The trend for how long it takes longer to sell a house
has been increasing since 2013.
Months of Inventory – Months of inventory has been increasing since 2013.
Westport Active Listings – There have been more properties available for
sale since 2013.
Towns surrounding Westport include (Easton, Fairfield, Norwalk, Redding, Ridgefield,
Weston and Wilton)
Median Selling Price – The median selling price trend has been decreasing since 2013.
Properties Sold - There has been a slight reduction since 2013.
Average Days on Market – The trend of how long it takes to see a house has
been declining since 2011.
Months of Inventory – Months of Inventory has been increasing since 2013
After a drastic decline 2011 to 2013.
Active Listings – There have been more properties available for sale since 2013.
